Apple has announced new back-to-school offers for a limited time in India. The offers are now available on the Apple Online Store in India and will end on September 27, 2021. These offers will be applicable to school and college students, their parents and teachers at registered institutions. Customers can add these offers to the company's higher education offer to all university students and teachers in India.

Registration Details

To get offers, buyers must prove themselves as students or teachers of a registered school or institute of higher education in India. Therefore, they have to send details like student ID and address of the school or institute. Once verified, the account will be marked as eligible for the back to school program. Parents of students are also eligible to make purchases under this program. Registration can also be done via UNiDays where verification will be done by an Apple specialist.

According to the offer, eligible customers who purchase any model of iPad Pro, iPad Air, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Pro, and Mac Mini will get free second generation AirPods. If students want to upgrade these AirPods to AirPods for wireless charging, they can get them for Rs 4,000, from Rs 18,900, and to AirPods Pro for Rs 10,000, down from Rs 24,900. 

Additionally, eligible buyers can also get discounts on the purchase of MacBooks, Apple Pencil, and Keyboard. They will get 20 percent off AppleCare, 3-month free Apple Arcade and Apple TV+ subscription and Apple Music subscription at Rs 49.

After Online Apple Store opened in India , Mac Sales tripled !!!

  A fter Apple was eventually authorized to create an online store in India, Mac sales more than tripled year over year. As of the first quarter of 2021, Apple was the fifth-largest PC brand in the country. According to DigiTimes Reports : -               "  Apple became the fifth largest PC brand in India in the first quarter of 2021, with shipments of desktops, notebooks, tablets and workstations combined to reach 208,000 units, according to data from Canalys. Canalys pointed out that the significant increase in Apple’s notebook and tablet shipments in India was due mainly to Apple opening its online store in September 2020. Research firm IDC’s figures also show Apple’s PC shipments in India (excluding tablets) grew 335.5% on year in the first quarter and only lagged Asustek’s by around 2,000 units.
